Join our poetic experience in Andalusia!

My name is Hugo Cuevas-Mohr, a Hispanic poet and writer, and I’ve been leading poetic journeys since 2013. I believe that poetry is the food that nourishes the imagination, opens the mind, and allows us to dream. My goal is to share my passion for poetry writing, reading & reciting with those who wish to immerse themselves in the poetry of Andalusia by visiting these four great Andalusian poets: Miguel Hernández, Federico García Lorca, Rafael Alberti, and Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, during our poetic experience in October 2025.

La poesía no quiere adeptos, quiere amantes.

Poetry doesn’t want followers, it wants lovers.

Federico García Lorca

In addition to sharing stories, poems, and anecdotes from the lives and works of these great poets, we will visit places that commemorate their life history, from their birthplaces to museums, statues, and even cultural centers erected in their names, where we will be welcomed with open arms. To live their poetry, we need to dive into their world. Writers will be able to share verses and texts of their choice and receive advice and suggestions. It will be a unique poetic experience! Join us!
